This Orlando based group of new comers bring a refreshing style that harkens back to mid 90’s rock, while putting a fresh spin on it. Strong hooks, big guitars, and a sound that harkens back to bands like Third Eye Blind.

From the opening track/first single “Walking Disaster” you can tell this band knows how to write a hook filled song. But that’s just the start of what this band has to offer. The second track “Long Night (Sleepless)” is a great example of the diversity that this band shows - a rare trait for a debut album. Then check out “Irony Is Thick” a piano driven, angst filled ballad that shows yet another side of this impressive band. Perhaps the most enjoyable track on the CD is “Deadman” a guitar driven song that’s chorus could easily find its way onto radio. Heartfelt lyrics, intense powerful vocals, and great hooks make this a very impressive album that gets better after every listen.

After just a couple just a couple times through it becomes very clear that “Testing the Atmosphere” could be not only one of the best debut albums of the year, but one of the best albums of the year, period.
